Great article Tom. I think you hit the nail on the head with:
"Corporations need to stop playing at Internet Police and get back to being good managers."
The article should be compulsory reading for EVERY manger in the country!

Excellent article Tom, particularly the last comment in the last paragraph.
When I worked at Maxim Training, later KnowledgePool, the boss there regularly watched the security video tapes that monitored the front door so that he could see who arrived late. Funny how he never watched the tapes of the floor activity to see the dedicated people who stayed late, often working through the night for absolutely no reward.
